Hard work and dedication may as well be MaizyF middle name. Not only is she a skilled emcee and producer, but she is also an event curator and the mastermind behind The 6ix Female Cypher Series, est. 2015 which showcased on Rogers TV. Owner of The Maze Entertainment Inc., and organizer of the Black Excellence Event, MaizyF, also know as Stephanie Williams, is a Jack of All Trades and a Master of Many.

Laying modern trap and pop on top of a well-managed hip-hop base, MaizyF creates layer upon layer of dynamic sounds when she steps into the studio and up to the mic. Inspired by Missy Elliott & Timbaland she notes, “I focus on melodies when it comes to producing and singing. Rapping, on the other hand, I focus on flow and wordplay,” adding, “My rhymes can be interpreted in many different ways based on the listener and their point of view, which is what makes my music relatable and unique. Originality & Versatility is key”.

Scarborough Native MaizyF, has been featured on BET Freestyle Friday and was ranked Top 5 in Toronto by an Industry Panel of music professionals. Additionally, MaizyF ‘s music has been played and she has been interviewed by Radio stations like 93.5FM, 105.5 Vibe FM, G98.7FM, Flow98.7 FM, 93.1 FM and more. Additionally, Blogs like BuzzMusicLA, ByBlacks, HipHop Canada, We Love HipHop, and Canadian Urban Television has also interviewed and feature some of MaizyF’ work.
